HTML <strong> Element
The role of the <strong> element is to add strong emphasis to the text it contains.
Example:
This is how <strong>strong emphasis</strong> is displayed on the screen.
Displays:
This is how strong emphasis is displayed on the screen.
This strong emphasis is translated into bold text in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. As with the <em> element, the <strong>
element should be used to add strength to the meaning of the text as opposed to the bold element which should be reserved merely to change the visual presentation
of the text. This distinction doesn't show in a visual browser but is important for screen readers or other assistive technologies which 'speak' the
web page contents.
